'De Dikke Blauwe' (Zoon van 'Het Blauwe Koppel')The Old Glory is still present at the lofts. 'De Dikke Blauwe' was phenomenal on races of short and middle distance. As a yearling 'De Dikke Blauwe' won the 2nd Championship Midlle Distance in the CCG (regional combine), behind a loftmate, and the 1st championship natour of the CCG. As a five year old he was still at his top and won the Allround Ace Championship of the CCG. Two children, 'De Jonge Kampioen' and 'De Dochter Dikke Blauwe', are still present at the breeding lofts. 'De Dikke Blauwe' is a son of 'Het Blauwe Koppel'. This breeding couple was in the eighties one of the best of the province Friesland. So they not only bred 'De Dikke Blauwe' but many other champions, as there are: 'De 400' (3rd Nat. Ace Champion Hens), ''t Spitshaantje' (1st Duffel 3.759 b., 2nd Venlo 3.141 b., 4th St. Ghislain 2.880 b.) and 'De 351' (21st Nat. Ace Champion Hens). 'De Dikke Blauwe' has bred many good youngsters together with his hen the 'Kras van 10', whose inheritable qualities are also superb. The dam of the 'Kras van 10' is a halfsister of the dam of 'De Dikke Blauwe'. They are both daughters of a son of the 'De Bange van '59' from the Janssen bross. from Arendonk

'De Tijger' was a phenomenon on
races over 500 kilometer. Within four years he was raced 21 times on a long
distance race and achieved to win his price for 20 times. Four years in a row
he was between the champions of the long distance. His most outstanding performance
was when he won his price in the top of the resultlist within a week on the
race Münich (679 km) as well as on Bergerac (1022 km). His father, 'Le
Fou', was as a youngster and as a yearling a great racer. Unfortunately 'De
Tijger' would become his first and only son, because in the spring of 1989 'Le
Fou' was caught by a Hawk. ''t Strikje' was also a real long distance racer.
She mainly was raced on dayraces, but she also won 6 prices on overnight long
distance races, for instance the 59th National Bergerac S4. 'De Tijger' and
his hen ''t Strikje' still play an important role on the breeding loft in Oudwoude.
From their daughters 'De Strik' and ''t Grijs Orléanske'
('Snowwhite') 10 children, 5 grandchildren and 4 grandgrandchildren are present
on the breeding loft. So the outstanding inheritable qualities of the 'Tijger'
and ''t Strikje' are saved. At the end of 1993 the complete couple with two
daughters moved to the breeding lofts of Steven van Breemen from Hilversum.

One of the ancestors of the cock is the best breeder from
the Janssen bross from Arendonk, namely 'De Witoger van '65'. The hen is originally
from the golden Klak-strain of Thei Hartogs from Brunsum. In '92 the first two
youngsters of 'Het Witogerkoppel' came by Kurt Biesenroth. It was immidiately
a bulls eye shot with 'De Witoger 242'. As a youngster she won the first Championship
and a year later she raced even better. She was standing at first place on the
long distance and then a catastrophical race took place from Tours. It became
her last race, with many other birds, 'De Witoger 242' never came home again.
In 1994 the complte couple came to the own loft. 'De Olympiade 106' is from
this year. She won nine 1st prices. A year later 'De Schalie Kurt' was bred.
Hij won five 1st prices. Unfortunately the hen of 'Het Witogerkoppel' only bred
till the end of 1995.
